However, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund due to incorrect sizing of the Bandana when originally placing the order.
7.2 Change of Mind Returns
As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated. If accepted, change-of-mind returns must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund in certain circumstances.1. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is:

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement, or refund but you as the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item.You may be asked to provide:

2. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
As a small business, we are happy to offer change-of-mind returns but only at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
